Solid, reliable and quiet milling solution
This robust MDF table top provides a solid, safe and quiet routing solution for any workshop. A 25 mm thick MDF core provides a flat, solid top that absorbs vibrations, while a steel brace on the underside prevents sagging – even under the weight of heavy routers and router lifts.
Low-friction Easy-Slide surface
The durable high-pressure laminate coating provides a low-friction Easy-Slide? surface so that workpieces can be easily slid across the surface. A thick edge protects the top from bumps and scrapes. The top is pre-drilled for holes for precision insert plates.
Special insert plate
A heavy-duty insert plate measuring 9.5 mm x 235 mm x 298 mm handles large routers with ease. The versatile Level-Loc reduction rings lock flush with the plate surface using the ring wrench supplied. A brass pin for the start ensures controlled router contact during freehand routing.
The laser-engraved grid on the underside of the plate ensures easy, accurate centering and mounting of the router bit. Four (4) included precision shims keep the top and table surfaces perfectly flush.
Versatile combination profile
This versatile table top works with standard (9.5 mm x 19 mm) guide slots. It also accommodates pressure combs and other accessories and is made of durable, anodized aluminum.
