Description
Atlaferrox sealer protects reinforcement from corrosion and acts as an adhesive layer between old and new mortar or concrete in repair work. It offers excellent adhesion and great anti-corrosion protection because it contains M.C.I. (Migratory Corrosion Inhibitors) – the most modern anti-corrosion technology
It is applied by brush to the reinforcing bars to prevent the formation of rust in repair and maintenance work on load-bearing reinforcement. It has high resistance to low temperatures, is not affected by moisture, frost and salts, reduces the permeability to carbon dioxide (CO2) and forms, when it is fully cured, a durable but at the same time elastic surface.
Due to its high adhesive capacity, it can also be used as a substrate between new and old concrete or mortar.
