2. Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our website.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
- Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in euro (€) and include VAT tax.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- Home delivery from Monday to Friday, with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days.
- BoxNow service available for selected items with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days. In case of increased order volume, there is a possibility of delay.
- Receiving from ACS Courier stores with a maximum processing time of seven (7) calendar working days. In case of increased order volume, there is a possibility of delay.
- Receiving from the Company’s store in Deryneia with a maximum waiting time of twenty-four (24) working hours. The Company will contact you when your order is ready for receipt. You can receive your order from the reception area of the Company’s store. To receive your order, you must provide your order number, which you will find in the email that will be sent to you by the Company upon the completion of your order. Receipts from the Company’s store are made from Monday to Friday from 07:30 – 16:00, Saturday from 07:30 – 12:30.
- We will promptly notify you if we are the reason for any delivery delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Return the product back for a full refund.
If the Company accepts the return of the product to its store in Limassol, then the Company may refund you the purchase price of the product in the same way you made the original transaction, i.e. by credit card. Delivery costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day after receiving the returned product.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is our property or used with permission.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website.
