Description
Ready for use, solvent-free, and of special acrylic base primer with quartz aggregates, fortified with improving additives. Distinguished for its strong adhesion, even on very smooth surfaces. It has excellent resistance to alkalis. It acts as a moisture barrier, thus protecting the building from damage, without blocking its water vapour permeability (breathability). Necessary on surfaces where traditional scratch coat plaster adheres with difficulty, such as the surfaces of extruded or expanded polystyrene installed on building facades for thermal insulation purposes. Ideal as a primer, before applying the fortified cement screed D-6, as part of the THERMAL INSULATION AND WATERPROOFING SYSTEM for roofs, COOL ROOF. Also suitable before the installation of the microcements DS-250 and DS-254 IRON as an efficient grip coating, onto existing tiles, marble or mosaic and DS-252 FLEX on marine plywood floors or thoroughly cleaned sheet metal. Also suitable for substrates with radiant heating systems.
