The Knauf alutop® Access Panels AIRTIGHT and DUST-PROOF prevents penetration of air and dust in ceilings and walls without fire-resistance requirements with a cladding thickness of up to 25 mm, even with overpressure or low pressure. The Knauf alutop® Acess Panel DISINFECTANT-RESISTANT is specially designed for handling air-communicable diseases which are to be treated as per quarantine laws in infection quarantine stations in hospitals where the sealing of ventilation systems in ceilings or walls (without fire resistance requirements) must be guaranteed.
