All orders are subject to availability.
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Home Delivery
Home delivery is available Monday to Friday, with a maximum processing time of five (5) working days.
BoxNow Delivery
BoxNow delivery is available for selected items, with a maximum processing time of five (5) working days. Delays may occur during periods of increased order volume.
ACS Courier Collection
Collection from ACS Courier stores is available, with a maximum processing time of seven (7) working days. Delays may occur during periods of increased order volume.
Collection from Our Store in Deryneia
Customers may collect their orders directly from our store in Deryneia, with a maximum preparation time of twenty-four (24) working hours.
The Company will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
Orders can be collected from the reception area of the Company's store. You must provide your order number, which will be included in the confirmation email sent upon completion of your order.
Store collection hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:00
Saturday: 07:30 - 12:30
Additional Delivery Information
We will promptly notify you of any delivery delays caused by our Company.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Eligible returned products will receive a full refund of their purchase price.
If the Company accepts the return of a product at its store in Deryneia, the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction, such as the original credit or debit card.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within one (1) business day after the returned product has been received.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Liotatis Bros Ltd or is used with permission.
